Brand Guidelines

Brand guidelines

Brand guidelines are important to have in any business. Your brand isn’t just your logo. All materials that you produce should be consistent, from business cards to flyers to your website. It’s the look, feel, style, and tone of voice of your company.

When we create a logo and it has been approved by the client, we supply brand guidelines.

This shows the main logo and indicates the clear space that is required around the logo. This will be needed for future use of the logo.

We also provide alternative versions of the logo if required, i.e., on different colour backgrounds, or there may be horizontal or vertical alternatives. We also specify the colours and fonts used. The fonts used with the logo and we also suggest fonts for other materials

Why have brand guidelines?

Supplying brand guidelines provides a snapshot of the identity designed and ensures that it is communicated consistently across all materials designed.

More in-depth guidelines will have tone-of-voice elements, may specify keywords to use within your materials, and will also outline the types and styles of images that should be used.
